Dance of the Water - Retreat Series
Summary
Embody your sensual energy whilst dancing and exploring the flow in meditation, movement and playfulness. We wil spent time in the nature and in the seminarroom.
Description
This retreat is about expressing your sensual energy and experiencing dance through the playfullness, slownes and freeflow. We will undertake a range of static and dance-based meditations as well as learning zouk dance technique for partner connection and co-created movement. We will also open the space to follow your higher intuition and dive into the free dance without any technique. There is a river in front of the seminarromm where you can swim and cool down.
In addition to zouk, we will explore various dance styles and forms of self-expression, allowing you to truly unleash your sensual energy. We'll also have plenty of opportunities for relaxation, cuddling, and enjoying the company of fellow dance enthusiasts.
