The Goddess Essence Series is a portal to wisdom and femininity and helps you to activate your unique gifts of love, emotion and spirituality.

In Tantra we use meditations based on self-awareness. Silent and active meditations, self-healing methods, sharing circles, emotional expression, massage, dance meditations, Tantra philosophy, rituals, parties and the shared field of women that we create together.

This workshop is suitable for both newcomers and experienced women in the field of tantra and women's work.

Note: The series is designed in such a way that you can join any part of the series in any order! Whether you've attended Part 1, 2 and 3 or not, you are warmly welcomed to immerse yourself in the magic of this edition.

Nestled in the serene embrace of Switzerland, lies our enchanting sanctuary for this retreat. This picturesque heaven offers a breathtaking natural setting, providing the perfect backdrop for your transformative journey. The venue Sparenmoos is reached through Zweisimmen by car or train.

We will send detailed instructions to all confirmed participants closer to the event.

Catering 

Only organic and vegan food is used for the catering. As it is very important to be well-fed during the workshop, our cook prepares light vegan meals for us with lots of love and selected products.

Meet your Teacher - Ma Prem Tanmaya 

It is my joy to blend deep and profound meditations with playfulness and lightness all infused with love.

I initially studied as an actress and singer before falling in love with meditation and personal transformation in Osho communities. In 2011, I met Ma Ananda Sarita, who became my teacher and guided me on this path of unveiling my inner Goddess. I teach a wide range of Tantra retreats and trainings as a lead faculty of Tantra Essence. My work is deeply rooted in the teachings of Osho and Ma Sarita and is infused by a deep quest for true love and authentic living.
