Summary

Embody your earth energy whilst dancing and exploring the flow in meditation, movement and your inner wildness. We wil spent time in the nature and in the seminarroom. 

Description

This retreat is about expressing your sensual energy and experiencing dance through the playfullness, wildness and freeflow. We will undertake a range of static and dance-based meditations as well as learning zouk dance technique for partner connection and co-created movement. We will also open the space to follow your higher intuition and dive into the free dance without any technique. We wil spent time in the seminarroom and in the nature.

In addition to zouk, we will explore various dance styles and forms of self-expression, allowing you to truly unleash your animal energy. We'll also have plenty of opportunities for relaxation, cuddling, and enjoying the company of fellow dance enthusiasts.

Important Information about Accomodation and Food in the venue

- Food and Accomondation in the Venue is CHF 260.- (Bring your own sleeping bad and a matt)

- Wear comfortable clothes and socks fort the dance workshops

- Dancers of all backgrounds are welcome to participate (you do not need to have experience in Zouk)

- Please arrive with an open mind to participate in the full schedule

- No alcohol, drugs, coffee or mobile phones allowed

About Damir

Damirs is leading tantra groups Chakra 1 - 7 around Switzerland and his teachings are very heart based from the Sufi tradition. Damir is a certificated Tantra Teacher by Tantra Essence and has a background in Family Constellation and Gestalttherapie. He is a passionate dancer and was working with differnet dance teachers and dance traditions like Salsa, Tango, Bal Folk, Sufi Whirling and Latihan in the last years.
